Regulation that if you cough intentionally, you can get a red card

Football regulators and the FA have ruled that players who intentionally sneeze next to other players or referees can be shown a red card. Deliberate coughing is an insult. The International Football Association (Ifab) board says it should be on the same level as acts of aggression. The regulation comes amid a global pandemic of the coronavirus.

“The referee will not take any action if it is an accident. No action will be taken if there is a long distance between the players. “If you cough from a nearby place, the referee will take action.”
